visa terms & conditions

-  The Organizing Committee offers its services in facilitating the visa application process; however it does not provide any warrantee on its issuance. The Committee's services are limited to the submission of the application form to the authorities in accordance with the terms and conditions issues by the Saudi Foreign Ministry.
-  The applicant is required to contact the Saudi Arabia embassy in his/her respective country of residence in order to get detailed information on the required documents to complete the Visa application.
-  When the Visa is issued, the Organizing Committee will send the Visa number to the applicant.
-  The applicant needs to visit the nearest embassy in order to get the visa stamped on the passport.
-  Entry visa will be valid for 14 days only including the days of the conference.
-  The Organizing Committee is not responsible of any fees or charges related to the private travels and transport of the applicant.
-  The applicant should provide clear and correct data while filling out the form in order to avoid any delays.
-  Kindly attach a clear scan of the passport and a passport photo.
-  The applicant's passport must be valid for at least 6 months.
